1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website, including its gum arabic section (/gum/), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Information only — no offer
All content of the website, including descriptions of services, product grades and typical specifications, logistics terms and indicative volumes, is provided for general information. It does not constitute an offer, a binding quotation or investment, financial, legal or tax advice. No prices or market quotations are published. Any transaction is subject to a separate written agreement, to satisfactory know-your-customer (KYC), anti-money-laundering and sanctions checks, and to applicable UAE law.
4. Product information
Published gum arabic specifications are typical values for standard lots. Binding parameters are fixed in the contract and confirmed by the certificate of analysis for each batch.
5. Requests and submitted files
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to share it, including any personal data of other persons and any files you attach. Files containing malicious code or unlawful content must not be submitted. We may decline any request without giving reasons. Submitting a request does not create a contract.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, disrupt, probe or overload it, introduce malicious code, use automated means to extract its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
Trade names, logos, the AsMaya Rise emblem, texts, designs and documents on this website belong to AsMaya Rise FZE LLC or its licensors. You may view and download them to evaluate cooperation with us; any other use requires our prior written consent.
8. Third-party links
Links to third-party services, such as Google Maps, are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Availability and liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. The competent courts of the Emirate of Ajman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may amend these Terms. The version published on this page applies from its date of publication.
13. Language
These Terms are published in English and Arabic. In case of any discrepancy between the two texts, the Arabic text prevails.
